Recipes for a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner that will be broken down in pie charts to show percentages of carbohydrates, types of fat, and protein in each recipe. Database of the amount of calories burned during different activities throughout the day. Charts on food swaps that create a diet healthier and also the importance of watching your weight. Information on Metabolic Syndrome and the many different health issues that can come from it. Then information on how to lower blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and other pre-cursors to heart disease. We will then provide detailed information on exercising with hundreds of videos teaching you how to properly perform different moves. There will also be a core group of exercise routines like yoga that will be available and then an extra section where many other trainers can put their workouts on for you to purchase at a reasonable price if you are interested in any of them. The personal page will also provide charts and graphs of what you want to achieve and a trendline from your weekly results to easily be able to follow where your goals are compared to reality of your actions. This will be a source of great information if you choose to have a health coach help you along the path for an additional cost per month.
